3. Router Light Information

If there is power but you still can not get internet please let us know:

  2. Is the PPP light on?
  3. Is the CD (Sync) light on the router and constantly lit? (not off or flashing)?
4. Restart or Reboot the Router

We may ask that you "reboot" the router. To do this you can remover the power supply from the rear and leave powered off for at least 30 seconds then reconnect. It will take up to a couple of minutes to power on and sync.
