How to record your own phone greetings

Learn how to simply record your greetings for your auto attendant and voice mailboxes.

Your system is usually set up by one of our engineers who will have recorded the initial auto
attendant and voicemail greetings.

It’s easy to personalise these with something by recording your own message. Schools either
select a member of staff or pupil to do this or anyone with a nice clear friendly voice!
The recording can be done either on an Android phone or an iPhone using a free app.

Once recorded just mail it to support@wave9.co.uk and we’ll upload it for you.
